Booking privacy

Cuatro Manos uses your name, email, phone number and booking details to book your massage and send appointment updates. The optional message is only used to prepare your session; please avoid sensitive medical information.

Your details are stored privately in our booking database. Appointment details are shared with our single Google Calendar and transactional email provider, Resend, to manage your appointment. Only the owners can access booking administration. We do not use booking data for marketing.

Booking records are deleted after 365 days following the appointment or its final status, once outstanding deliveries are resolved. Related email and calendar copies follow the providers’ retention settings. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawal may prevent us from arranging your appointment.
